We started our company to serve organizations to help:

  • Employers to develop a highly engaged, productive, and satisfied workforce
  • Workers to gain the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAOs) to have the career they want and deserve.

Our Vision

We seek to become a recognized and respected leader in human capital consulting to enhance organizational performance through the development of KSAOs in employees of client organizations. We aim to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention by fostering an environment of continuous learning and self-efficacy among workers to support individual and organizational goals.

Our clients wish to improve talent management which we do through individualized training and development. We also aim to establish the firm as a trusted advisor to executives, expanding the firm’s ability to help more organizations and the people who work there.

Both principals hold MS degrees in I-O Psychology from Purdue University, and each has served in executive positions for various organizations in diverse industries throughout their respective careers. Each also creates content, including video, audio, graphics, and writing.

I have more than 18 years of experience as a management consultant and 25 years of managing people.
